About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to join our core client experience and retention team.
This is a fully remote role, supporting U.S. clients and working primarily during U.S. business hours. You will own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
You’ll work directly with the COO, CEO, and senior leadership, supporting strategic accounts and contributing to company-wide growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, leadership exposure, and a clear growth path in a scaled, venture-backed company.
