They are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to help expand their market presence, strengthen existing relationships, and identify new business opportunities. As part of a small, entrepreneurial team, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the brand's growth while working closely with salon owners, distributors, and industry professionals across the market.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts within the beauty industry
• Develop new business opportunities with salons, distributors, and other industry partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, market share, and brand visibility
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and business development strategies
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, haircare, skincare, or professional salon industry
• Existing relationships with distributors, salons, or beauty industry professionals are a strong asset
• Proven track record of growing accounts and driving revenue
• Passion for the beauty industry and staying current on industry trends
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable traveling to client meetings and industry events as needed
• Valid driver's license
