About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Account Manager to manage the full customer journey, from initial onboarding support through ongoing account management and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but is equally comfortable working independently.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring customers are supported, engaged, and positioned for long-term success. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Marketing to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
