Wealth Management Trainee - Dubai Based

deVere Group is part of a global financial services group operating across 100+ countries. We are recruiting for our international trainee programme starting July 2026.

This is an entry-level development role designed to build future financial advisors through structured international training and placement.

📍 About the opportunity

You will be trained and supported in a client-facing, business development environment, developing core skills in:

🔹 Telephone communication and client outreach

🔹 Lead generation and follow-up activity

🔹 Networking and relationship building

🔹 Supporting experienced international advisors in a performance-driven environment

📈 Training and progression

This is a hands-on role focused on communication, activity, and measurable results.

🔹 Onboarding begins in our Malta or Mauritius academies

🔹 Placement in an international office upon successful completion

🔹 Full relocation support is provided, including flights and accommodation
