What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage project implementation with assigned project team, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining client communication
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets for approval by the Principal
• Supervise and mentor technical staff, providing training and guidance during project execution
• Oversee technical accuracy of projects through regular communication and review of plans and specifications
• Track project costs and ensure timely invoicing to clients in accordance with company policy
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of related water or wastewater design experience, including project management
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain registration by reciprocity
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory frameworks and experience interacting with regulators
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
