In this role, you will lead daily warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, manage order fulfillment, and support a small wholesale account channel. Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager – CPG / F&B Distribution (exp. req.) Responsibilities • Lead daily receiving, shipping, dispatch, and fulfillment operations • Manage a small warehouse team of full-time and contract employees • Improve and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation • Track expiration dates and resolve inventory discrepancies • Use WMS and QuickBooks data to maintain orders and documentation • Coordinate order timing to meet customer cancel dates • Improve warehouse layout, space use, and operating processes • Prepare samples and support smaller wholesale customer accounts • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and efficient Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager – CPG / F&B Distribution (exp. req.)
