About this role

About the Company

Join a Publicly Traded Leader in Nuclear Medicine & Isotope Production. This is a unique opportunity to join a publicly traded company operating at the intersection of healthcare, nuclear medicine, and isotope production. As demand for radiopharmaceuticals continues to accelerate globally, the company is well-positioned to play a critical role in supplying medical isotopes for both diagnostic imaging and cancer treatment. The organization is entering a new phase of growth and is seeking a finance leader who wants to help shape the future of an industry-transforming patient care.

About the Role

This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, public-company operations, highly regulated manufacturing environments, and a clear path to increased executive responsibility. The Vice President of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for leading accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and finance operations. This position is designed for a highly motivated, self-starting finance leader who wants to make an impact. The ideal candidate is energized by building, improving, and driving performance rather than maintaining the status quo. Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting and finance operations, including monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Support and oversee SEC reporting activities, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and related public company requirements.
  • Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes, and overall finance infrastructure.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to improve operational and financial decision-making.
  • Develop KPI reporting and financial performance metrics across the organization.
  • Support capital planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management.
  • Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and advisors.
  • Prepare executive and Board-level reporting materials.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies throughout the business.
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance function capable of supporting future growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
  • Experience within a public company environment.
  • Exposure to SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q preparation, review, or support.
  • Strong technical accounting and controllership background.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience preferred.
  • ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).

Required Skills

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results without constant direction.
  • Someone motivated by achievement, growth, and building something meaningful.
  • A finance leader who enjoys partnering with operations and being close to the business.
  • An individual looking for a long-term career opportunity with executive growth potential.
  • Someone excited by joining an industry experiencing significant growth and investment driven by the future of targeted cancer therapies and nuclear medicine.

Preferred Skills

  • Publicly traded organization with executive visibility.
  • Direct impact on company growth and strategic direction.
  • Exposure to one of the fastest-growing segments within healthcare and life sciences.
  • Opportunity to help shape the future of isotope production and nuclear medicine.
  • Succession-oriented leadership opportunity with long-term career progression.
