Vice President Corporate Development

Optimize Search Group has partnered with a leader in the healthcare services space that is seeking to add a VP of Corporate Development to their team as a result of continued growth. We have assisted this Chief Development Officer hire several VPs who have been at the company for years and the feedback is extremely positive. The company is well capitalized and has a robust platform and support team for acquisitions. This role will cover the Midwest and Northeastern portion of the United States and can sit anywhere in those regions. Relocation assistance provided.

This role comes with a highly competitive base + bonus + equity structure.

VP, Corporate Development

• 8-15 years M&A and a combination of investment banking/PE and Corp Dev
• Must have healthcare services experience, ASC preferred
• Track record of developing and managing relationships with physicians and health systems
• This a “deal quarterback” role with a blend of pipeline management and execution
