We are looking for a GP Veterinarian who loves the rhythm and relationships of general practice, and who is excited by the opportunity to work alongside an experienced emergency team at AEC Kedron. This is a rare role for someone who wants to stay anchored in GP while growing their confidence, exposure and interest in ECC. You will have access to hospital-level facilities and equipment, including: Multi-parameter patient monitors In-house laboratory, including PT, APTT and blood gas analysis Ultrasound Endoscopy Digital radiography Support from both GP and ECC colleagues What your days could look like This role is best suited to a GP vet who enjoys variety and is open to being involved in cases across both general practice and emergency care. Your work may include: GP consultations and continuity of care with Kedron clients and their pets Supporting GP procedures and surgical patients pre and post-operatively Assisting with hospital case management and patient discharges Triage and treatment of unwell patients presenting through AEC during the day Working closely with the Vet Director, Head Nurses and wider clinical team Helping shape the role as the GP and ECC teams continue to work even more closely together Who will thrive here You will feel at home at Greencross Kedron if you are a vet who enjoys being part of a connected clinical team, communicates clearly, and brings a steady, caring presence to both pets and people.
