Job Title: New Media & Brand Communications Manager Location: Hong Kong / Singapore (Remote possible initially) Reporting To: CEO Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Open / Negotiable About the Company We are building a global clean energy and sustainability project , backed by leading energy players. The project leverages Web3 and decentralized community models to accelerate energy transition and public participation in sustainable energy initiatives. The company is currently at an early 0β1 stage : funding is secured, technology is ready, and we are now building operations, brand, and community from the ground up. Role Overview We are seeking a New Media & Brand Communications Manager to lead global content, brand storytelling, and community engagement efforts. This role will play a critical part in expanding our missions impact, increasing public awareness, and driving participation in clean energy and sustainability initiatives. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires a strong mix of content strategy, execution, and community-building experience , ideally with exposure to crypto/Web3 ecosystems . Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (articles, short-form videos, visual assets) Lead social media operations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn , ensuring consistent and professional brand messaging Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar Support the planning and execution of online, offline, and hybrid events Drive community growth from 0β1 , including early user acquisition and engagement Build and manage partnerships with energy, sustainability, and mission-driven organizations Support community events, conferences, and campaigns, including on-site content capture and distribution Analyze audience engagement metrics, industry trends, and relevant policy developments to inform content and brand strategy Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Requirements Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, Energy Studies, or related fields 5β7 years of experience in content, brand, or digital communications Background in energy, clean energy, sustainability, or climate-related sectors is a strong plus Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage or 0β1 environments Understanding of community operations and crypto/Web3 ecosystems Excellent collaboration and communication skills Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite Excellent written and spoken English Ability to work in a multilingual, international environment Additional Information Initial remote work possible; long-term base in Hong Kong or Singapore required Visa sponsorship is not guaranteed; candidates with local work authorization preferred Compensation is flexible and commensurate with experience
