Requirements Credentials: A fully accredited 4-year BSN. Candidates holding degrees from Tier 1 nations (USA, UK, Australasia) or Tier 2 European institutions are perfectly aligned for this role. Clinical Proficiency: Not less than 4 years of continuous, recent exposure to high-acuity environments, specifically ER or ICU. Communication: Complete and uncompromised fluency in the Arabic and English languages. Availability: Fully prepared for long-term deployment on the water.
