In this varied and rewarding position, you will lead on the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training interventions that support organisational priorities and enhance professional practice. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure staff are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver excellent services, while also supporting induction and ongoing development across the Assessment and Planning service. We are looking for someone who: * Knowledge and experience in SEND, education, or wider children’s services is essential. * Has experience (or a strong interest) in training design and delivery * Is proactive, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively * Has strong communication skills and confidence delivering to a wide range of audiences * Has strong digital/ICT skills and an interest in developing online learning and can apply creative and innovative thinking in designing and delivering learning solutions * Demonstrates a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practice Why Apply?
