Why Top Toyota Technicians Choose Cavender Toyota: Relocation assistance available 2nd largest Toyota dealership in the U.S. 300+ vehicles serviced daily – consistent work, strong hours Competitive compensation based on skill and certification level Medical, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Maternity & Paternity (Parental) Leave Company-paid $10,000 life insurance policy Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Quarterly professional development & advanced technical training Long-term career growth within the Cavender Auto Family What You’ll Be Doing Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership standards Diagnose complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems Utilize Toyota diagnostic tools, scan tools, and special service equipment Test-drive vehicles and validate repair accuracy Communicate findings and repair needs clearly with Service Advisors Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Accurately document all repair and diagnostic work Support shop efficiency and mentor junior technicians as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Toyota Service Technician required Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Master or Expert-level Toyota Technician experience preferred ASE and/or Toyota certifications strongly preferred Valid driver’s license Ability to pass MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug screen Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Ready to Take the Next Step?
