About this role
We are specializing on recruitment consultancy across Europe and provide permanent recruitment solutions for the Engineering, IT and Customer Support sectors. We work to help other people to find the job of their dreams. Our customer is looking for Technical Support Agent – German speakers –for the work in a call center in Greece (not sales). You will receive the International Certification, career opportunity in IT sector after one year of working and the solid job experience. Work Visa Support from the employer! Fixed term contract: 12 Months with prolongation; Working hours is 8 hours per day/5days per week; Working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday – Sunday Gross Salary: · €1100€ monthly gross salary in 14 payments (12 months x1100 + 2 extra payments full salaries = 15400 per year) · 125 monthly gross accommodation bonus · 100 net relocation bonus per month in voucher · Production bonus : 0-100€ monthly in voucher · 100€ in voucher upon training completion · 300€ after 6 months cooperation • Extra Payment for Overtime, Sundays and Greek Holidays (75 %) • Extra Payment for night shifts (25%) • Special Discounts and Offers for all employees • Paid training using the latest technology Other Benefits: Working visa support. Travel Expenses: Paid by our client; Accommodation: Our client offer the first 15 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations. Required Skills/Experience: · Educational level: High School diploma or equivalent · Technical accreditations and specializations: with experience at least 3 months as customer service · Languages and language level: Fluent German / min. C1 level; Fluent in English · Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet) · Windows, MS Office Suite, Skype, IOS, Windows Media Player, Windows Messenger, Kaspersky Products · Excellent communication skills · Strong team spirit · Passionate about customer services
