My client develops fully integrated solutions for security and operational awareness, operating in a fast-paced, highly agile environment serving government and commercial sponsors.

The business relies on a core team of driven PhD engineers building complex, mission-critical products.

The Role

A highly visible, hands-on commercial delivery role where you will:

• Drive a native B2B SaaS product line from its current development phase entirely across the finish line to market launch.
• Lead integrated program planning across contract milestones and product releases.
• Manage daily product delivery, ensuring engineering teams remain on time, on budget, and on scope.
• Execute all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and product prioritization briefings.
• logistics, and milestone delivery.
• Generate and manage Jira reports based on engineering tickets for scope and schedule tracking.
• Partner directly with Finance to maintain forward-looking budget forecasts. The CFO will help you to learn how to own contract sponsor relationships, executive dashboards, and program PMO tracking tickets. Also to learn on the job how to manage subcontractor monthly invoicing schedules, facility access

The Essential Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for security clearance (no sponsorship available).
• Willing to be located within TX, KS, or OK. Relocation assistance available (hybrid/remote flexibility, but occasional physical presence is mandatory).
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience bringing a native B2B SaaS or proprietary software product to market
• (Implementation-only or IT Infrastructure PMs will not be considered).
• Demonstrable experience managing, aligning, or pushing back against highly technical engineering teams (ideally Data Scientists or PhDs).

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Active PMP Certification.
• Direct experience navigating Federal or GovCon delivery milestones.
• A background scaling SMBs or early-stage environments where you had to build processes without a pre-existing PMO.
