Job Description De functie Zorgdragen voor een stabiele en veilige lijnperformance door het uitvoeren van productie- en kwaliteitscontroles, het tijdig signaleren en escaleren van afwijkingen en het borgen van correcte ploegoverdracht. Verantwoordelijkheden Productie draaien en verstoringen oplossen Continuïteit van het proces, minimale downtime, werken volgens procedures. Escalatiemodel volgen en tijdig signaleren Afwijkingen worden snel opgepakt; right-first-time beslissingen. Informatie-overdracht naar opkomende ploeg Heldere, volledige lijnoverdracht; voorkomen miscommunicatie. Proactieve houding en bijdrage aan cultuur Veiligheid en samenwerking bevorderend; 5S/LEAN gedrag zichtbaar. GMP-compliance & audit-ready werken: Legt het eigen deelproces helder uit aan een auditor (bijv. lijnopstart, IPC, acceptatiecriteria) en verwijst naar relevante WI/SOP’s. Toont documenten (statuslabels, lijnvrijgave, registraties) en beschrijft het escalatiepad bij afwijkingen. Licht kort toe: dataintegriteit (ALCOA+), het verschil tussen afwijkingen en CAPA, en de basis van change control. Protocollen / instructies / rapportage: Werkt aantoonbaar conform WI/SOP en batchdocumentatie; registreert volledig en leesbaar (ALCOA+). Voert in-proces controles uit en houdt logboeken bij; signaleert afwijkingen en registreert deze volgens procedure. Doet verbetervoorstellen voor formulieren/WI en ondersteunt bij kleine wijzigingen onder begeleiding. EHS-verantwoordelijkheid: Het goede voorbeeld geven en actief bijdragen aan een veilige, gezonde en milieuverantwoorde werkomgeving. Naleving van veiligheidsprocedures. Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden Werk- en denkniveau: MBO of gelijkwaardig Vaardigheden & competenties: Initiatief, Kwaliteitsgerichtheid, Samenwerken, Plannen & Organiseren, Nauwkeurigheid, Communiceren. Kennis & ervaring: Basiskennis GMP en productieprocessen; ervaring met lijnomstellingen; vaardig in storingssignalering en opvolging.
