As our new Tax and Legal Senior Associate – Private Clients, you will: Advise on Maltese and international personal tax matters, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations Structure inheritance and succession plans in close collaboration with legal and tax experts Manage and administer immigration applications, coordinate with government departments, and advise clients on residency and relocation Support clients in structuring assets and investments for optimal tax efficiency and regulatory compliance Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high-touch experience during visits and ongoing interactions Gain exposure to diverse clients and complex assignments, with meaningful opportunities for learning, collaboration, and innovation About You: We're looking for someone who: Holds a bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in accounting, tax, or a related field Communicates clearly and confidently in English (knowledge of additional languages such as Maltese, Mandarin, or Russian is an asset) Demonstrates strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Approaches challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and colleagues Brings prior experience in a client-facing role within a service-provider environment (considered an asset) Is adaptable, curious, and eager to continue developing professionally Why PwC?
