This role involves providing top-tier technical support and customer service to Swedish-speaking clients operating in the restaurant industry. As a Helpdesk Expert, you will be the primary contact for resolving customer issues, guiding users through platform functionalities, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your expertise and language skills will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and improving operational efficiency.
