We are looking for fluent Swedish speakers who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. In this role, you will interact with Swedish-speaking clients, providing them with timely and effective support to ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and online chat channels. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information promptly and accurately. Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems with a customer-centric approach. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
