Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and offer detailed information about our products and services. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM platform. Collaborate with various departments to improve customer service processes based on client feedback. Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate service delivery. Engage in team discussions and share constructive ideas to enhance customer satisfaction. Support training initiatives for new employees by providing guidance and sharing insights. Fluency in Swedish and English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a customer-centric approach. Able to engage and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Experience using CRM software and customer support technology. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
