Keep thorough records of customer interactions and follow up on open questions to ensure effective resolution. Work alongside internal teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction. Stay current with product knowledge to deliver accurate assistance to customers. Acknowledge customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of service quality. Participate in continuous training programs to refine knowledge of products and service practices. Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exemplary customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with customer support platforms and standard office applications. Strong problem-solving skills and an initiative-driven attitude when handling customer inquiries. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and immerse oneself in a new culture.
