Supply Chain Finance Business Partner Role Purpose: The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain leadership and the Division, providing insight and decision support to improve operational performance, strengthen cost competitiveness, and deliver profitable growth across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory. The role is the primary finance partner to the Supply Chain Operations Leader (OBL) and the Divisional Controller. Key Responsibilities: Business & Financial Partnering Partner closely with Supply Chain / Operations and Divisional leaders to support decision‑making through insightful financial analysis and challenge Translate operational strategies into robust financial plans, forecasts, and scenarios Act as a trusted advisor on cost, productivity, savings, and investment decisions Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management Deliver clear variance analysis vs. plan, forecast, and prior year, with focus on drivers and actions Support OGSM / operational reviews with actionable insights and recommended interventions Cost, Savings & Productivity Analyses standard costing, manufacturing variances, and logistics cost drivers Identify, validate, and track savings, productivity, and GMI improvement initiatives Partner with operations to support cost optimization and performance improvement programs Cash & Capital Monitor inventory, obsolescence, and working capital drivers within Supply Chain scope Support capex evaluations, business cases, and post‑investment reviews Ensure strong financial governance over inventory, assets, and provisions Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong business partnering mindset with ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders Solid understanding of Divisional P&L, costing, inventory, and capex Advanced analytical skills and strong systems literacy (ERP / BI / Excel) Clear communicator with strong presentation skills What’s in it For You: Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary (Base pay & Variable Plan) and benefits package (private medical care, life insurance, stock purchase, lunch subsidy, sport cards).
