Supply and Demand Planning Director

Job Title: Supply and Demand Planning Director Location: Missouri, US - full time on-site. Relocation package offered. Package: $225,000 - $250,000 + Bonus Responsibilities: Own end-to-end supply planning, production scheduling, capacity management, and monthly S&OP supply meetings. Deploy Power BI Control Tower and KPIs (OTIF, CSL, inventory, CMO performance) to optimize operations and align with Production, Quality, and CMOs. Huge emphasis on the go-to-market strategy. Good understanding of multiple IT systems, in line with industry advancements. Lead demand forecasting by integrating commercial inputs, market trends, promotions, and new omni-channel strategies. Oversee compliant, efficient warehouse operations and evolve multi-channel fulfillment (distributors, direct-to-clinic, D2C, retail) including ERP/M3 and EDI enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA big plus!) Extensive experience within progressive end-to-end supply chain experience, with minimum 5 years in leadership / people management. Strong background in Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or regulated life sciences manufacturing is required. Hands-on ERP expertise, Power BI / analytics, IBP/S&OP, and multi-channel distribution experience. Proven change leader with strong financial acumen, cross-functional influence, and team development skills.
