About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and experienced Superintendent to act as a Site Manager / Construction Manager and join our team delivering cutting-edge hyperscale data center campuses . You’ll be at the forefront of one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors—leading site operations, managing contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for hyperscale data center projects. Manage day-to-day operations including safety, scheduling, quality, and logistics. Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery. Supervise contractors and trades to maintain adherence to plans, specifications, and standards. Drive construction progress through proactive planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and client protocols. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction management , ideally in data centers , mission-critical , industrial , or technology infrastructure projects. Proven ability to manage fast-track, multi-phase construction environments. Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural coordination, and construction sequencing. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
