Stylish - Turkish - Belgrade Position: Stylish Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform makeup and hairstyling services in accordance with company standards, including covering tattoos, ensuring a polished and professional appearance at all times. Proactively retouch makeup and hairstyles as needed; maintain cleanliness of tools and workspaces. Monitor and manage inventory of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and utilization of equipment. Provide training on appearance standards to employees; effectively communicate through company channels to report and track makeup and hairstyling activities. Create a positive experience for employees by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions. Respond promptly to requests and issues communicated through company channels during working hours. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2). 1+ years of hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling. Hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling or a related artistic field. PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively. Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage diverse personalities and environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and self-discipline to maintain high standards and address any concerns efficiently. Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques for on-camera or broadcast environments. Understanding of skincare products and techniques that enhance comfort and appearance.
