Position: Studio Manager (Casino Studios) Location: Bucharest, Romania Employment Type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Studio Manager to lead daily operations within our casino studios in Bucharest. This is a leadership role requiring strong people management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage studio operations, ensuring smooth performance and efficient workflows. Guide, support, and mentor team leaders, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and outcomes. Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Maintain high-quality standards across teams and processes. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for growth and optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve business goals. Promote a culture of compliance, efficiency, and accountability. Requirements Native or fluent English (C1 level, spoken and written). Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in management roles , with proven team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in gaming or entertainment is a plus but not mandatory.
