We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months. The Role You'll join our recruiting team as the senior owner of GTM and G&A hiring. You'll have a real seat at the table on how we hire, who we hire, and how we build for the long term, and as we expand internationally, you'll lead GTM and G&A hiring in those markets too. We're open to candidates across the Senior to Principal range. Final leveling and compensation will be calibrated through the interview process based on experience, scope, and interview performance. You'll be a true thought partner to our exec team and hiring managers. That means having a strong, defensible point of view on talent strategy and helping leaders think clearly about short-term hiring pressure vs. long-term team design. You'll be in the room for those conversations, and you'll be expected to drive them. What You'll Actually Do You own full-cycle recruiting for the highest-leverage GTM and G&A hires, and you find and engage candidates other recruiters can't. Unconventional channels, tactics no one's tried yet, you're always experimenting with how to reach top talent. Partner with the broader talent team to raise the bar across the org, share what's working, calibrate on standards, and contribute to the broader function as we scale Help shape and rebuild our processes with one goal: identifying and closing top talent Partner with our executive and functional leaders on org design, leveling, and sequencing of hires You build with AI, not just use it. You've automated parts of your own workflow with agents, scripts, or custom tools, and you treat AI fluency as core to how a modern recruiter operates. Lead GTM and G&A hiring as we expand into new international markets. You'll define what good looks like in regions where we don't have a footprint yet. Run keep-warm strategies that actually work, staying in real, substantive contact with top candidates over months and years, so when the role opens, they're already in the conversation Use data, pipeline health, conversion, time-to-close, offer accept rates, and source quality to diagnose what's broken and fix it We expect you to be excellent at the negotiation and the close, especially at senior levels, where compensation, equity, and competing offers get complicated fast Who This Role Is For We're being honest about the bar here because we'd rather you self-select out than waste your time. This role is for people who are genuinely competitive, who treat recruiting as a craft, who love the chase and the close, and who get energy from running multiple complex searches in parallel. If you're someone who likes a steady inbound queue and predictable scope, this won't be the right role. You probably have: Full-cycle recruiting experience (4+ years), most of it in-house at high-growth startups (Series A-C) A real track record across multiple business functions Strong closing and negotiation skills. You've won candidates with multiple competing offers, navigated complex equity and comp conversations, and you treat the close as a craft, not a final step You've built and run long-term engagement systems for top talent, not generic check-ins, but substantive relationships that convert into hires 6, 12, 18 months later Global talent mapping experience. You've mapped markets you didn't know, built pipelines in regions without an existing footprint, and you understand how comp, leveling, candidate behavior, and expectations shift across geographies Strong data instincts. You track your funnel obsessively, you know your numbers, and you use them to diagnose what's broken before anyone has to ask A deep, active network you've built over the years, not a LinkedIn follower count, but people who actually take your calls Experience improving or rebuilding recruiting processes, leveraging AI, including tooling and systems decisions A point of view on what differentiates top talent in each function you've hired for, and the credibility to defend it with senior leaders Comfort operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity. You don't need someone to tell you what the priorities are; you figure it out, propose it, and run What Success Looks Like First 90 days: You've made your first hires across multiple functions, hit near-term headcount goals, and developed a clear POV on where our sourcing and interview process can improve. 6 months: You're planning ahead, building sourcing strategy and hiring pipelines for the back half of 2026 and beyond across all business functions. 12 months: You're operating as a true owner of business recruiting at Ivo, influencing tooling, metrics, and process decisions as the company scales. Compensation And Benefits Competitive Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $230,000 (+equity would be on top of this). Final offer details are determined based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.
