Job Description ENREACH Education is seeking a Speech and Debate Teacher to join our education center in Shanghai. Background ENREACH Education was established in 2012 as a subsidiary of Dipont Education Management Group. Located in the Xuhui district, Xujiahui is a well-known precinct for shopping and entertainment. Curriculum ENREACH Education has its own curriculum designed by speech and debate professionals with decades of experience. Speech and Debate classes also prepare students for competition in formats such as Public Forum Debate, Original Oratory, British Parliamentary, World Schools, Model United Nations, Extemporaneous Speaking, and WSDA Junior format, as well as others. Teachers are also given the autonomy to adapt the curriculum to their strengths as a teacher and the needs of a student. We are not a center that expects teachers to just teach straight out of a book! ENREACH Education offers classes for students from 4 th -12 th Grade. Most of our students are in the grade range of 6th-8th. Teachers and Staff The education team at ENREACH Education is a collaborative and experienced group of educators. The Academic director provides regular guidance and professional development opportunities and with an open-door classroom policy, teachers can watch and learn from others. Requirements Able to engage and challenge students to bring about growth in their speech and debate ability Minimum of 2 years work experience Experience teaching Speech and/or Debate Willingness to be flexible with work schedule Open to travel assignments Eligible for a work visa Benefits 20k – 30k rmb monthly salary range based on experience Reimbursement for relocation cost T horough assistance with visa and residence permit process Medical coverage and benefits
