Who we are Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. Your role and key responsibilities Applying procedures for the implementation of laboratory-specific business processes with a focus on cell logistics as well as coordination with the specialist departments Warehouse management in general Inventory and tracking of consumables, small parts, and components, including those used to set up cells (temperature sensors, jigs, spacers, etc.) Inventory of equipment and tools and act as a contact person for Hall 3 employees Inventory management of cells for series projects and pre-series Capacity planning for cell storage General activities to support the department management (document management, scheduling appointments, events, workshops, etc.) What you bring to the team Business education in the field of logistics or a comparable qualification Initial expertise in the field of warehouse management Expertise in office management What makes you stand out Affinity for Battery Testing What to look forward to Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week) 30 days paid + 10 days unpaid leave Mobile work options Relocation support More benefits to come
