We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist/Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in diagnosing and treating a broad range of spinal disorders, utilizing the latest surgical techniques to provide exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a multidisciplinary setting focused on advancing spinal care. Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients with spinal conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing surgical and non-surgical options. Perform complex spinal surgeries, emphasizing minimally invasive and innovative techniques. Manage pre-operative preparation and post-operative care to optimize patient recovery and rehabilitation. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiotherapists, and pain specialists. Educate patients and families on condition management, surgical procedures, and recovery protocols. Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuous professional education and research involvement. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation. Medical degree from an accredited institution. Residency training completed in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery. Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery preferred. Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in spine surgery. Expertise in a broad spectrum of spine surgical procedures, particularly minimally invasive techniques. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
