Key Responsibilities Provide efficient and professional support to Spanish-speaking players across multiple channels such as email, chat, and social media. Investigate and resolve account, gameplay, and technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex player issues and improve customer satisfaction. Gather and communicate player feedback to Riot Games’ development teams. Promote a positive, inclusive gaming environment through empathetic communication. Stay updated on Riot Games’ products, updates, and industry trends. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be specified in your application. Excellent communication and customer support skills. Previous experience in player support or customer service roles preferred. Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus.
