As a Spanish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Spanish-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team focused on maximizing player satisfaction and engagement. Your Key Responsibilities Respond to player queries in Spanish through various channels including chat, email, and social media. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues effectively and with empathy. Gather player feedback and communicate insights to the relevant teams to improve game features and support services. Keep accurate records of player interactions and support cases. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and overall player experience. Help create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
