Your Role As a Spanish Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot technical issues, answer product-related inquiries, and guide customers through solutions via various communication channels. Your expertise and dedication will enhance the customer support experience and foster brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and effective support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding iRobot products via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary. Offer clear instructions and product information to customers. Document interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues efficiently. Stay updated on product developments, software updates, and company policies. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with electronic or robotic products. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
