Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This exciting role involves working in a fast-paced, international environment and focusing on maintaining safe and trustworthy digital experiences for Spanish-speaking users. The successful candidate will monitor user content, identify and mitigate safety risks, and collaborate with internal teams to enforce community guidelines and improve digital safety standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences. Respond proactively to safety incidents and user concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance safety strategies and processes. Analyze data trends related to digital trust and safety and provide insights to support continuous improvements. Stay informed about relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices in digital safety. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential. You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
