In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms for Spanish-speaking users. Your work will help foster a secure and trustworthy online environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to identify safety risks and policy violations. Investigate reported issues thoroughly and recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce digital safety standards and protocols. Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends for internal stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging digital threats and best practices in online safety. Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness and adherence to safety guidelines. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and users. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues. Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
