Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to Spanish-speaking clients via various channels. Address inquires and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals and foster a positive team spirit. Engage in ongoing training to improve service excellence and product knowledge. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and embrace the local culture. In possession of EU passport.
