Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish through phone, email, and chat for online banking clients. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, troubleshooting, and security-related questions. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain the confidentiality of customer information. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within CRM systems. Stay updated on online banking products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and online banking platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
