Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines. Excellent communication skills to clearly justify moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is an advantage. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
