Your Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online payment platforms. Resolve client inquiries and technical issues related to payment processing promptly and effectively. Conduct training sessions and assist clients in utilizing our payment solutions efficiently. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with technical and product teams to address and resolve complex client issues. Stay updated with latest trends and developments in online payment technologies and industry standards. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; please ensure to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Knowledge of online payment platforms and relevant technologies is advantageous.
