Plan and execute removals and minor conversions , ensuring compliance with building use and fire protection requirements, and reviewing usage changes. Coordinate and supervise external vendors on-site , including service acceptance and invoice verification. Determine KPIs and create various reports related to space management and facility operations. Process orders and messages in SAP and Planon. What we’re looking for: Relevant hands-on experience in Project Management, SAP, AutoCad C1 English Level – mandatory. C1 German Level – will be a plus.
