As a Slovenian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Slovenian-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to player satisfaction and community engagement. Your Key Responsibilities Respond to player inquiries in Slovenian via multiple channels such as chat, email, and social media. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and empathetically. Collect and communicate player feedback to relevant teams to help enhance game features and support services. Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve support workflows and overall player experience. Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles. Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and verbal, is required.
