As a Slovak-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to Slovak-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team committed to player satisfaction and community engagement. Your Key Responsibilities Respond to player inquiries in Slovak via chat, email, and social media channels. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues with empathy and efficiency. Gather player feedback and share insights with relevant teams to help improve game features and support services. Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions and support requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support workflows and overall player experience. Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles. Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal, is required. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
