Your Key Responsibilities Respond to player inquiries in Slovak via chat, email, and social media channels. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues with empathy and efficiency. Gather player feedback and share insights with relevant teams to help improve game features and support services. Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions and support requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support workflows and overall player experience. Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
