Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking users through various communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in regular training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application. Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
