Accurately document customer interactions to aid in service improvement. Collaborate with colleagues remotely to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Participate in virtual training sessions to stay informed about tourism products and customer service practices. Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential. You must clearly state your nationality and native language in your application.
