In this important Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to Slovak-speaking customers, assisting them with their booking inquiries and related customer service needs. Your fluency in Slovak will be essential in helping customers navigate their reservations, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com users Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution Stay updated on Booking.com policies and offerings to provide accurate information Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
