Site Construction Supervisor, Metal Industry, Georgia

MANDYNAMIC is looking for a Site Construction Supervisor on behalf of Metlen Energy & Metals to join the Thermal Power & HVDC division for the construction of a high-voltage substation based in Georgia. Overall responsibility for the construction execution of three HV Substation projects from site mobilization through mechanical completion and handover. Ensure construction activities are executed in line with approved schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and contract requirements. Coordinate with Engineering, HSE, Quality, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution. Supervision of Site Managers across all project sites. Enforce strict HSE compliance and company standards across all sites. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery. Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of construction experience, preferably on HV substations or power projects. Proven experience in a Construction Manager or Senior Site role, managing multiple sites or large-scale projects. Solid knowledge of HV substation erection works, including civil, structural, electrical installation, and commissioning interfaces Willingness to travel across multiple project sites in Georgia.
