We are seeking Showroom Customer Service & Luxury Goods Valuers who are passionate about luxury brands and eager to develop expertise in product appraisal. No prior experience required. Candidates with a strong interest in luxury brands and the resale market are welcome to apply! 【Key Responsibilities】 Replenish and organize stock on the showroom sales floor. Assist and serve customers politely and professionally. Perform stock take and inventory checks with accurate records. Maintain showroom/store cleanliness, visual presentation, and display standards. Arrange and coordinate delivery items with operations/logistics flow. Handle customer follow-ups and basic service communication. Take product photos and write clear product descriptions for listings and customer communication materials. Continuously learn luxury goods appraisal and explain item condition factors and market-based pricing context clearly to customers during service conversations. Main duty is showroom operations; also support purchase by handling item intake, running first-pass brand/authenticity/condition checks, recording appraisal details, and preparing cases for senior appraiser offer decisions under SOP and supervisor guidance. 【Minimum requirements】 Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, service desk, or similar in-person support roles. Strong spoken and written English for daily showroom customer service communication. Japanese is needed for communication with the manager; JLPT N4 or above is preferred. Comfort handling luxury items with care and following item-security procedures. Basic digital operations skill (POS/CRM/inventory system, spreadsheet, and chat/email updates). Availability for shift-based work, including weekends and peak retail periods. 【Preferred qualifications】 Hands-on exposure to luxury resale, pawn, appraisal, consignment, or branded goods handling. Experience with stock control, reconciliation, and online listing/e-commerce support. Japanese proficiency at JLPT N4 or above is preferred; N3 or above is a stronger match. 【Compensation】 Starting salary: USD 4,000 per month for the first 3 months. After completing 3 months: USD 4,200 per month. After passing the in-house appraiser test: USD 4,500 per month.
