Job Description About the School / Company We are a high-quality private bilingual kindergarten founded in 2016 and landed in Shanghai in 2018. Our campus combines the Ministry of Education’s School Planning and Construction Development Center’s standards for future schools with traditional Chinese aesthetic culture. The campus covers 2,540 square meters and includes nine classrooms plus specialized spaces such as a baking class, multi-purpose hall, golf activity field, art room, and music room. We are committed to integrating life, sports, learning, and games with featured courses including natural exploration, multiple arts, mathematics, world culture, and body kinesthetic. We teach children to learn to live, learn to be, learn to know, and learn to do, aiming to cultivate free, independent, and fulfilled children with sincerity, kindness, and excellence as world citizens with Chinese culture. About the Role This role focuses on delivering the kindergarten curriculum while integrating child care and teaching. • Strictly implement the kindergarten daily schedule and position’s detailed rules • Complete different teaching materials on time and prepare classes in advance (teaching plans, aids, focus, and difficulty) • Organize and use various methods to carry out teaching activities • Observe and assess children’s progress and behavior to meet individual and group needs • Combine child care with teaching to cultivate children’s habits of good living, learning, and behavior We seek an enthusiastic teacher who loves children and supports colleagues with an open mindset. Position Overview The Kindergarten Teacher will follow children’s physical and mental development laws to achieve the perfect combination of child care and teaching. This role includes maintaining daily communication with parents, organizing class activities, participating in all kindergarten events including marketing activities like open days, training, and the annual party, and taking initiative to undertake tasks that help the school.
