Partner with the best The Services Advisor – Service Delivery Coordination serves as the Technical Services Coordinator (TSC) and primary customer interface for the Upper Completions scope of work. This role is responsible for coordinating service delivery activities, supporting operational execution, and ensuring efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and inventory while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service. As a Services Specialist - Service Delivery Coordination, you will be responsible for: Serving as the customer-facing Technical Services Coordinator (TSC) for the Upper Completions scope of work. Acting as a local Subject Matter Expert in Cased Hole Completions, IPS products, with experience with Fiber Optic technologies being considered an advantage. Forecasting and tracking job revenue on a weekly basis to ensure financial targets are achieved. Forecasting and tracking equipment delivery on a weekly basis to ensure financial targets are achieved. Coordinating, forecasting, and scheduling equipment preparation with the ARMO team and resources to maximize operational efficiency and inventory utilization. Working closely with the Scheduling and Competency Leader to align personnel deployment with rig schedules and operational requirements. Maintaining strong proficiency in Job Cycle management and Job Center utilization to ensure effective operational tracking and execution. Ensuring compliance with internal and customer Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Providing timely technical support to the customer during rigsite operations. Supporting Root Cause Investigations by collaborating with Technical Service Delivery and Product Line teams to drive continuous improvement. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will need: Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field. Have strong technical expertise in Cased Hole Completions and service delivery coordination. Have the ability to coordinate operations, manage stakeholders, and support customer-facing technical execution effectively.
