Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions including case management, service catalog, knowledge management, and SLA/OLA orchestration.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow App Engine modules using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Record Producers.
- Configure IntegrationHub and build REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex ServiceNow CSM & App Engine issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through unit testing, peer code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and runbooks.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Specialist – CSM highly preferred.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow CSM in large enterprises.
- Proven track record in delivering ServiceNow App Engine solutions with Flow Designer, Workflow, and Custom App Development.

- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, XML, JSON
- ServiceNow Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- ServiceNow Workflow Automation & Business Logic
- Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (Jira, Git, CI/CD)
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles and service management frameworks
- ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting (PAC, Performance Analytics Builder)
- ServiceNow Security & Governance (Access Control, Role Design, RBAC)
- Experience with ServiceNow Store and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
